Grand Master Richard Vince 8th Dan is a former world Karate and Super Heavyweight Kickboxing Champion. He established the Black Belt Academy in 1980 and is well renowned in Martial Arts circles throughout the UK and across the world producing an army of Black Belts. Grand Master Vince was deservedly inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2016!

Master Lee is a 5th Dan Black Belt Master in Karate and 3rd Dan Black Belt in Kickboxing. He has been practising Martial Arts for 25 years and has 20 years experience teaching a wide variety of styles to students of all ages and abilities.
Master Lee is the current 2022 WTKA World Champion in both Karate Kumite and Team Kata and 2023 WTKA World Champion in Traditional Weapons.
He has 20 years experience competing in Karate, weapons, semi and full contact Kickboxing bouts. Master Lee is a long time student of and instructor for his Sensei and friend Grand Master Richard Vince 8th Dan who owns the Black Belt Academy (see below).
Mr Earl is a 2nd Black Belt in Karate. He has been practising Martial Arts for 15 years and been Master Lee's 2nd in command at Champions Martial Arts for the past 5 years. Mr Earl has 5 years teaching experience and is especially good at helping students work on the traditional aspects of Martial Arts including Kata and Basics.
Mr Divall is a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Karate and an instructor at Champions Martial Arts. Mr Divall has trained with Sesei Lee for 5 years and is Sensei Lee's first student to gain a Black Belt under his tuition.
Mr Divall is also a current World Champions winning a gold medal with Master Lee in team Kata.
Mr Divall teaches the Wednesday class has a good eye for technique helping student work on the finer detail
of their kicks, basics and kata.
